Important VT EV Funding Update

VT state EV incentives run out of funding but customers shopping used EV's can still get Federal Incentives to save money

SHORT ON FUNDS - VT INCENTIVE UPDATE 10/2024

On October 7, 2024, Upper Valley Auto Mart, along with other Vermont auto dealerships were notified that the New Plug-In Electric Vehicle (PEV) and Replace Your Ride programs will close to new applications effective October 8, 2024.  Though funds had been expected to last until November or December of 2024, and increase in take rate caused the fund to simply run out of funds to pay new claims.

Although the news is disheartening, there is still the opportunity to capitalize on the remaining Federal and local utility company incentives. 
Combined, these remaining incentives still provide a powerful reason to consider a plug-in hybrid or battery electric vehicle purchase.
